Here are some food related texts by Jennie Moran

food is never just food

We all eat to survive but what and how we eat is the poetry of our survival.
Here we invite the listener on a tour of personal culinary landmarks. Over the course of this journey we will encounter food as a language, a source of joy, a form of resistance and a way of feeling at home in the world. Here the act of preparing a meal is presented as a gesture of co-existence. We will encounter stories from ancient Greece, Meath St, Sandymount and north Kerry.
